I was by the stadium today and snapped this show of the West stands. The upper stands still aren't done, however they could be by the next home game against the REDBLACKS. There were around ten workers I saw around 4:10, which is interesting considering it is a Sunday.
Personally I would bet against them being open, as that's been the way to bet this year on the stadium.
